Halloween

With Halloween coming up this weekend it is important to remember these helpful hints from Room 35:
  1. Always go trick or treating with an adult or guardian
  2. Be respectful of other people
  3. Only go to houses if you know the people who live there
  4. When its dark wear something that is not totally black so others can see you
  5. Don't eat all your treats all at once because it could make you ill
  6. Use manners when speaking to people who give you treats
  7. Check with an adult if your treats are safe to eat
  8. Remember to brush you teeth
  9. Have fun!

How did you spend your Halloween?

Homework Term 4 Week 3

Two years ago, in February 2013, a fisherman saved a shivering dog that was stuck on an iceberg by swimming in the freezing ocean in Siberia. He risked his life when he put a harness on the dog so that it could be lifted onto a nearby fishing ship. The dog was happy to play with the other dogs afterwards.

Meadowbank's Centennial

A very exciting and once in a life time occasion to be part of and celebrate, Meadowbank School's 100 birthday. It was a great event and it was awesome to see so many students, teachers, parents, family past and present join together to walk down memory lane.

Describe your favourite part of the day.
