Read the article about the largest swimming pool in the world and then answer the questions below.

1. Why do you think they built this swimming pool? 

2. What are some of the activities you could do in this swimming pool? 

3. Do you think it was a good idea to build this swimming pool? Why do you think so?

    2. Water Polo, Races, Synchronized Swimming, Marco Polo

    3. Not really. It must be very expensive to run and to put such a large amount of water and chlorine in.

    1. I think that they built it for luxury and happiness of people
    2. You could play with beach balls and have races
    3. Yes, because it is for a lot of people and people can do lots of activities

    1. I think they built the 1013 meter pool because it might help people sailing sail boats practice and they wanted to break a world record.
    2. You could sail boats in the deep area. You coulld probly even play flipper ball.
    3. Yes, because it could help children swim long distances and help children swim in salt water.

    2. You can sail boats in the deep area, swim or have races.
    3. I think yes because it can help people learn to swim and you can hold lot's of competitions and it is also good for a summers day.

    2.you can do cannon balls and marco polo,diving.
    3.yes ithink it was a good idea because it is bigger than a normal sized swimming pool and people will have much more fun. UDAY

    1. I think, so when the boats want to go out, but the waves are to big they can go in, and sail there boats in there!
    2. you could could... do swimming lesings, pool partys, and more!
    3. Yes! Because you can have lots of fun, and you can also teach your childen swimming strokes!

    1. I think they built this swimming pool because thousands of people can go there without getting squashed with all the people around.
    2. You could play beach games, Flipperball, have mega swimming lessons, party's
    3. Yes i think it was a brilliant idea to build this swimming pool because you can do lots of activity's and have the best time in your life!!!

    1.I think theyb bulit this swimming pool because it can be really hot in chille so they built the swimming pool for people to cool down in.
    2.play flipper ball do swimming compatitions in it
    3. yes because its nice and big for people to relax in it

    1: I thint they built this swimming pool because in chase people didn't want their kids swimming in the ocaen they would swim in a pool close to the ocaen

    2: Beach ball, save the ball, tag,the race to shore and swim freely

    3: yes because so family can have fun in a pool close to the sea but not the sea
